Project Overview:

A leading global manufacturing company is embarking on a strategic HR transformation project, kicking off in September 2025. As part of this initiative, they are implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the core HRIS platform.

We are seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central to drive the implementation from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role offering remote flexibility with occasional on-site presence required in Munich.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Collaborate closely with internal HR and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and system design

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into system configurations

  • Drive workshops, solution design, and configuration sessions

  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing processes

  • Ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within budget

  • Provide guidance on best practices and system optimization

  • Train client teams and provide post-go-live support as needed

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and any third-party vendors involved in the rollout


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations

  • Minimum of 1 full lifecycle EC implementation, ideally within complex or multinational environments

  • Strong understanding of core HR processes, organizational structures, position management, workflows, and data models

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous

  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, API-based integrations) and data migration strategies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and travelling occasionally to Munich as required

  • Start: September 2025

  • Duration: 6 months initial (likely extensions)

  • Location: Remote-first; on-site travel to Munich, Germany as needed (expenses covered)
