Hi, 

For our client, a global consultancy company services we are looking for Senior Mainframe Developer for a project in the bank industry.

• Should have least 12+ years of experience in Mainframe development

• Should have least 5+ years of experience over mainframe technical and global design

• Should have experience in all the phases of SDLC

• Should be able to code well in COBOL, DB2, JCL and work with Web-Services

• Should have worked in high-volume and high-availability applications

• Good knowledge of writing complex SQL’s

• Hands-On experience in Creating, Maintaining and Monitoring Applications IWS/TWS.

• Hands-On experience in production Abend and DB2 Error using various tools

• Have worked with Performance Analyser tools and optimized DB2 performance

• Support the 3rd Line support (Production support in night-time and on weekends).

Good To Have

• Open for T-shaping across the roles in a DevOps team and willingness to learn scripting.

• Strong analysis capabilities and proactive to ask right questions.

• Experience with AGILE/SCRUM and Dev-Ops

Knowledge in financial sector (Retail/Insurance/C&I)

Contract : Freelance 
Start date: ASAP 
Duration: 12 months + extension
Conditions: Hybrid / 3 days remote per week
Location: Belgium - Leuven
Rate: Depending on experience
