Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer
Location: Brussels, Belgium (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Contract Duration: 6 month - contract reviewed every 6 months
Start Date: Immediate
About the Project:
We are embarking on a brand-new, end-to-end implementation project for a transportation company
in Belgium. The goal is to implement and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (focusing on
Customer Service and Field Service modules) into their existing systems and Microsoft solutions. The
project will also involve building an incident management solution using the Microsoft Power
Platform. This is an 18-month engagement, starting immediately, and requires onsite presence in
Brussels 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on
Customer Service and Field Service modules.
• Collaborate closely with the customer team to gather requirements and build tailored
solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with existing systems and other Microsoft solutions.
• Customize and configure CRM modules to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and implementation.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Report progress and challenges to the project lead
Essential Skills & Experience:
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
• Strong technical expertise in Customer Service and Field Service modules (knockout skill).
• Proven ability to customize and integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work onsite in Brussels 2 days per week.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch (added bonus).
