Your role As a Modern Workplace Architect/ Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and delivery of modern workplace solutions for our enterprise customers. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and technical teams to understand the customer's vision, challenges, and requirements, and to propose innovative and scalable solutions that leverage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform capabilities.
The role will require you to:
Engage with enterprise customers to assess their current and desired state of modern workplace maturity, and to identify opportunities and gaps for improvement. Define and document the modern workplace strategy, roadmap, and architecture for the customer, based on best practices and industry standards.
Design and architect modern workplace solutions that leverage Microsoft 365, W365, Azure AVD, and Power Platform features and services, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure Sentinel, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team and the customer throughout the solution lifecycle, from pre-sales to deployment and adoption.
Your skills and experience
Highly experienced in IT consulting, solution architecture, and project management, with a focus on modern workplace and cloud solutions and expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft 365, Azure, AVD, and Power Platform solutions for enterprise customers.
Deep knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform features, services, and architectures, and how they can be integrated and customized to meet the customer's needs and goals.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to various audiences, from executives to end users. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Strong customer focus and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand the customer's business context, challenges, and expectations, and to build trust and rapport.
