We are currently looking for an experienced nCino Business Analyst to support a large scale banking transformation programme within a global consulting environment, working with a major financial services client.
This role focuses on translating business needs into clear functional requirements and nCino configurations across corporate credit, bank assisted lending, and collateral processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and document business requirements with senior stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional designs and user stories aligned to nCino
• Advise on best practice process design using standard nCino functionality
• Support backlog refinement, testing, and defect resolution
• Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and delivered outcomes
Required Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking
• Corporate banking or lending experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending and or collateral processes
• Hands on experience with nCino and Salesforce or similar credit platforms
• nCino certification is mandatory
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
NL based - 2x per week onsite.
EU Based 2-3 days per month onsite
12 month contract, will extend by a further 12 months based on performance
