OpenText Design Lead — Role Summary

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a seasoned OpenText Design Lead with 8+ years of experience in OpenText ECM/xECM implementations. This role requires deep expertise in OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors, including cloud integration, Docusign, and advanced template design using PowerDocs.

Required Experience & Skills
 
  • 8+ years in IT with a focus on OpenText ECM/xECM platforms.
  • Proven experience in xECM for SuccessFactors: end-to-end implementations with:
  • Docusign integration
  • Custom application linking
  • PowerDocs template design
  • Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Content Server 22.x
  • Archive Server
  • OTDS
  • Workflow and form creation using xECM suite, including business validation logic.
  • Proficiency in:
  • JavaScript, OScript, scripting languages
  • SQL / Oracle
  • REST API & Web Services customizations
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • GCP
  • Docusign integration
  • Experience in data migration from legacy systems to OpenText.
  • Deep knowledge of OpenText Content Server components:
  • Workflows, WebReports, LiveReports
  • Records Management
  • Searching & Indexing
  • CWS (Content Web Services)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology; able to coordinate sprints and configurations with development teams.
    Client requires and Offshore resource in India for a remote working opportunity.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead discussions and workshops with business users to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
    • Define strategic roadmaps for clients implementing Extended ECM.
    • Troubleshoot and implement complex integrated solutions in client architecture.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and configuration of xECM solutions.
    • Provide subject-matter expertise on Records Manager and related OpenText modules.

     Preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of Records Manager and broader OpenText suite.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale ECM projects with multiple stakeholders.
