Job Description –Senior Oracle Program Manager/Director Role overview NV are seeking an experienced Oracle program manager with directive leadership skills to be responsible for leading medium to large, complex, high value transformational projects, often impacting regional or global operations. Key responsibilities You will perform: · Focus primarily on large scale transformational Oracle projects in a matrixed international environment with senior leadership being the primary stakeholders. · Participate in the creation of client Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure the details required to manage the project delivery are contained within the defined scope · Plan, control, and execute project requirements following our methodology to ensure clients business objectives are met · Work with Practice Leaders to staff the Oracle projects you are assigned · Build a cohesive and effective project team through strong leadership, leading by example (behaviors), creating a collaborative working environment to maximize the team potential · Develop communication strategies and lead communications with key stakeholders, including client C level stakeholders · Be involved in integrating complex process and organizational change management into the delivery of the assigned projects · Work with project team members (functional & technical) to define and document the tasks required for successfully tracking delivery of your Oracle projects to our clients · Ownership of project budget, for which you will use Oracle Analytics Cloud Service to track budget to actual to forecast and communicate such progress to leadership, applying appropriate controls and ownership of issue resolution in order to maximize project profitability · Lead your team of functional and technical resources to detail the critical path within your work break down structure · Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation · Manage client and external supplier deliverables, identifying and escalating where issues or delays have critical path and/or commercial impact · Deliver client management through building strong and trusted relationships with the customer where your expertise, experience and advice are valued, and working collaboratively with the customer to drive the project to deliver successfully, including identification / documentation of change requests N.B. Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required · Minimum 7 years’ Project Management experience is required. · Experience in contract/commercial management of an Oracle implementation project
Level of Systems and IT Knowledge · Overall understanding of the Oracle Cloud / Cloud Infrastructure technologies · Intermediate understanding of integration and impact points for global systems of a division or function
