Next Ventures is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM (Benefits) Functional Consultant for a Contract role with our client in the UK.

Job Type: Contract
Title: Functional Consultant
Duration – 6 months (extendable)
Location: Central London
Onsite Requirement: maximum 2 days a week (subject to client requirement)
Daily Rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35)

NOTE: BENEFITS module is Mandatory.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 8+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
  • Should have at least 2 end-to-end Implementations as a Functional Consultant (Fusion Benefits)
  • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
  • Good understanding of Benefits integration with Third party
Good to have skills on the below modules.
  • Fusion Compensation
