Next Ventures are urgently looking for a Project manager for a remote working permanent opportunity

Salary  - Circa £50,000

The IT project manager must have a recognised project management qualification and be experienced in software projects, ideally within the Oracle Fusion ERP system or similar.

The IT project manager will manage projects all through the back office, with the focus being on enhancements or changes to the Oracle system but may also include IT roll outs, new system investigation and roll out.

This role will work closely with the Heads of HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply chain within their projects so must be able to communicate at all levels of the business. Working together, they will capitalise on the opportunity presented by our IT investment to further digitise the services we provide and develop and drive strong relationships accordingly.

This role will report to the Head of IT within the Change & Transition arm of the business.

Principal Accountabilities

You will work closely with a 3rd party supplier who handles our Oracle development to make sure they are performing the project work on time and to the scope we have decided. You will be performing all the usual project management duties including but not limited to:

• Project planning
• Resource planning
• Owning project documentation to keep the PMO updated on progress
• Project costing and making sure it sticks to budget all the way through
• Managing changes to the projects
• Risk and issue logs
• Presenting updates on a monthly basis for large scale projects
• Helping with business cases for upcoming projects
