Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Workforce Scheduling Functional Business Analyst to support workforce management and scheduling transformation initiatives using Oracle Workforce Scheduling. The role will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operational managers, and the System Integrator (SI) delivery team. Review and consult on the end-to-end Workforce Scheduling solution design. Define scheduling processes including shift creation, shift bidding, schedule generation, schedule publication, shift swaps, and availability management. Ensure scheduling processes support operational needs while maintaining labor compliance and organizational policies. Conduct fit-gap assessments and document functional design decisions. Review and approve design documentation prepared by SI consultants. Part of Testing and UAT of the solution

Skills & experience:
Experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduling, Oracle Workforce Management, or equivalent workforce scheduling platforms. Strong understanding of workforce planning, shift scheduling, labor optimization, and workforce operations. Proven experience conducting business workshops and requirements gathering sessions. Experience working alongside System Integrators and delivery partners. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience supporting testing, deployment, and change management activities.
