🚨 Urgent Opportunity – Oracle Change Manager (Europe)

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Change Manager to support a major global Oracle transformation programme.

Key requirements:

* Extensive experience delivering Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) transformation programmes.
* Proven track record leading organisational change across complex, global, multi-country deployments.
* Expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness.
* Experience working with senior business leaders and cross-functional programme teams.
* Previous consulting or large-scale transformation experience is highly desirable.
