Oracle HCM Cloud expert (Permanent)

NV are looking for personable and professional Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and/or payroll consultants at various levels of experience and seniority, with proven ability to scope, design and deliver lead implementation projects.  You will need to be adaptable, un-phased by changing priorities, actively seeking new knowledge and enjoy a challenge with a wide variety of interesting projects. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of how to configure Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications preferably with current Oracle Cloud certifications in at least one of following areas:
 
·         Core HCM
·         Recruitment
·         Talent Management
·         Strategic Workforce Planning
·         Payroll & Absence
·         Core ERP (Finance & Procurement)
 
What will you be doing?
·         Responsible for scoping, designing, running workshops and hand on application configuration
·         Working on projects big and small
·         You will work with our transformation consultants and bring an end-to-end approach to transformation and implementations
·         You will lead delivery  team(s)  team onshore and offshore
·         Work with customer business leads to understand and provide application solutions and implement modern best practices
·         Provide pre-sale support and demonstrate Oracle applications during as part of the sales process
·         Work on bids and provide solution input
·         Support Solution Architects during pre-sales and implementations
 
 
Your experience and skills
 
·         You will have between 2-5 years of experience of implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications
·         Demonstrates deep knowledge of business functions / Oracle application functionality within their HCM or ERP domain
·         Have excellent knowledge  and understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications implementation lifecycle (understanding of methodologies such as Oracle Unified Method)
·         Possesses sound customer facing skills, be able to present with confidence
·         Very good verbal and written communications skills
·         Demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving skills
·         Understanding of Oracle SaaS offerings
·         Ability to work on projects and BAU stream
·         Clear communication methods to allow easy understanding of issue/fixes to non-technical audience
