The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Consultant, Core HCM, to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of our new Human Capital Management system. This is a crucial position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Implementation & Optimization: Lead and contribute to the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of Core HCM functionalities.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design, configure, and optimize the system's capabilities for employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive user experience.
  • Goal Setting & Performance Management: Implement and refine the system's modules related to goal setting, performance tracking, and talent management, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Core HR Processes: Provide expert guidance and configuration for fundamental HR processes within the system, including but not limited to employee data management, organizational structures, and basic HR workflows.
  • Module Specialization: Possess deep expertise and experience in at least one or more specific HCM modules (e.g., Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits Administration). Be prepared to lead the implementation and ongoing support for these areas.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Deliver training to end-users and administrators to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Problem Solving & Support: Act as a subject matter expert for Core HCM, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions for system enhancements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements within the HR landscape, leveraging the HCM system's capabilities to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as an HCM Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on Core HR functionalities.
    • Demonstrated experience in successful end-to-end HCM system implementations, particularly within the planning and go-live phases.
    • Proven experience with onboarding, offboarding, and goal-setting modules.
    • Experience with other specific HCM modules is highly desirable (please highlight your area(s) of expertise).
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of HCM system configuration and best practices.
    • Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools within an HCM context.
  • Process Acumen: Strong understanding of fundamental HR business processes and their translation into system functionalities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
