FULL TIME POSITION: Oracle HCM Consultant
A renowned machine manufacturing company with an annual turnover of EUR 4.3 Billion are currently looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant in a full time position!
Location: Central Baden-Württemberg, Germany (Hybrid)

Oracle HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and support for Oracle HCM module implementation and customization.
  • Analyze business processes and develop reports and dashboards.
  • Support training and troubleshooting (2nd level) for Oracle HCM applications.
  • Collaborate with departments for Oracle HCM integration.
  • Promote best practices in Oracle HCM technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Oracle HCM, with HR background preferred.
  • Good knowledge of HCM processes, ESS/MSS scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills and good English and German proficiency.
