Location: Onsite – Doha, Qatar
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Hyperion Planning and Budgeting to join our client’s onsite team in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical skills, having successfully delivered 3–4 end-to-end implementations. This role demands excellent communication abilities, a solid understanding of financial planning processes, and the capability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Configuration:
  Lead the complete setup and configuration of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting applications.

• Business Rules & Integration:
  Develop and implement business rules; manage data integrations within the Hyperion ecosystem to support business planning and reporting functions.

• Forms & Reports Development:
  Design and maintain input forms and financial reports in line with business requirements.

• Customer Engagement & Functional Analysis:
  Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, present functional solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

• Proven track record in 3–4 successful full-cycle Hyperion implementations.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting practices.

• Skilled in writing business rules and handling system integrations within Hyperion.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing and able to work onsite in Doha for the duration of the engagement.
