Job Title: Oracle Fusion Product Owner
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Overview:

In this role, you will work closely with Oracle Application Managers, and Group and local Finance and HR teams, to implement, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Your work will play a crucial role in building data-driven Finance and HR departments, with a strong focus on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and driving business transformation through Oracle Cloud ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business needs in collaboration with Finance and HR teams and lead Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives.

  • Supervise quarterly upgrades, release management, and testing of new functionalities.

  • Build strong relationships with Oracle and external suppliers (e.g., Profource, APRO).

  • Oversee support engagements and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Manage issue resolution, prioritization, and escalation processes.

  • Maintain operational documentation and training materials on the internal Oracle Resource Hub.
