Job Summary
The primary objective of the programme is to identify and implement the chosen cloud solution for HR and Financials. The ultimate decision on this matter will be made during the initiation phase of the programme.
The programme's scope encompasses the fundamental HR and Financial processes utilising the Oracle Systems, along with additional third-party apps that might be affected by a system upgrade or change, or present opportunities for application consolidation.
Throughout the programme's duration, a series of supporting projects will be executed to ready processes, policies, users, and systems for the impending change. These initiatives involve standardising, automating, and aligning processes and policies to reduce reliance on customisations and off-system workarounds.

We are looking for strategic thinkers with a passion for designing and implementing cutting-edge Oracle ERP/HCM solutions.  If you have a strong focus on cloud delivery and strategic roadmap development, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of our enterprise-wide ERP/HCM replacement programme.
