Location: Hybrid (travel fully expensed)
Contract Length: 3 months + 9 month extension

Project Phase: Design Phase – Go-live March/April next year

We are seeking a business-oriented Oracle Retail Functional Consultant to join a major retail transformation programme currently in the design phase. This role requires strong business process understanding, the ability to define KPIs, and confidently lead workshops with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business workshops focused on Oracle Retail capabilities

• Define and refine KPIs and business processes

• Translate business needs into functional Oracle Retail designs

• Provide guidance to business users on dashboards and geographic insights

• Connect Oracle Retail design with merchandising, planning, and forecasting

• Influence and guide the business throughout the design and build phases

• Act as a business partner – not just a tech consultant
