We are currently looking for an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain expert with the following knowledge & skills · Able to interact with Business leaders and IT, as well as being able to operate comfortably at all levels of the organization
· Excellent documentation skills; methodological experience with AIM
· Deep knowledge on operational processes like customer service, shipping and warehouse management and Oracle Cloud application knowledge on the following modules according to area of expertise:
· Order Management
· Oracle Pricing
· Oracle Shipping
· Finance (FP&A, GL, Tax, AR, AP, etc.)
· Inventory
· Purchasing
· BOM
· WIP
· Install Base
· DHR/Complaints/Quality
· Demonstrate proactive business judgment and decision making skills; past results are indicative of consistently providing sound and effective business decisions
· Strong understanding of order and workflow functions
· Experience in Intercompany processes
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment
· Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously
· Excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment
· Facility in multiple European languages highly desired (Dutch, German preferred; English required)
