• Demonstrate 8+ years of experience and knowledge in Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion or Salesforce
• Work collaboratively with business, IT, SI’s to develop an integrated test strategy and plans for the projects workstreams
• Lead and manage a team of test analysts (process owners and subject matter experts), motivating, engaging and instilling the required behaviours.
• Definition of testing requirements for the project based on the solution and test strategy
• Experience of delivering Data Migration testing and reconciliation
