Oracle WMS consultant

Next Ventures are looking for an Oracle Application Consultant who has implemented Oracle WMS (warehouse management) and MSCA (mobile supply chain). We are not looking for a lead BSA with 20 years of experience. We want more mid level with at least one full implementation completed from start to finish (not someone who has only supported the applications). So implementation is key! 
Here are the key tasks. 
    • Understand client requirements
    • Design and configure WMS/MSCA solutions
    • Write MD50s / functional design documents for CEMLI’s
    • Test the solution
    • Migrate the solution to production
English + Dutch or German is preferable.
