OT Security trainer/specialist
This exciting opportunity for an experienced OT Security Trainer/Consultant to join a German Critical infrastructure company. The role involves delivering comprehensive training, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations for critical infrastructure protection in Germany.

Requirements Description:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in OT security, with a focus on critical infrastructure, utilities, and industrial controls.
In-depth knowledge of EU regulations, particularly those applicable to the German market.
Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, and relevant cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GICSP) are a plus.
Tasks Description:
Design and deliver OT security training programs.
Conduct assessments of clients' OT environments and identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with clients to implement effective security controls and strategies.
Secure power generation, transmission, and distribution systems in electricity grids.
Ensure compliance with EU regulations, especially those relevant to Germany.
Assess and enhance the security of utility and industrial control systems.
Develop and execute incident response plans and procedures.
Essential Skills/Experience Description:
Strong understanding of electricity grids, utilities, and industrial controls.
Proven experience implementing security controls for ICS and SCADA systems.
Expertise in operational controls for critical infrastructure.
Knowledge of relevant EU regulations, especially for the German market.
Familiarity with industry standards and cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description:
Relevant certifications:
CISSP, CISM, GICSP.
Previous experience working with diverse client portfolios.
Ability to adapt to the evolving OT security landscape.
Passion for staying current on industry trends and advancements.
