Tasks Description: ---
- Reviewing payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assessing payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and adherence to regulations.
- Identifying risks, inefficiencies, and areas requiring process improvements.
- Evaluating payroll system capabilities and data integrity.
- Analysing segregation of duties and fraud prevention mechanisms.
- Comparing payroll practices with industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Recommending enhancements to strengthen payroll controls and governance.
- Preparing and presenting a detailed report with findings and recommendations.
