PEGA LSA with KYC/CM - 12 months - Start ASAP - Part Remote working
My client, is seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end solutions on the Pega platform, with a focus on financial services and regulatory compliance. As a Pega LSA, you will lead technical development, provide strategic direction, and ensure the successful implementation of Pegas CLM and KYC frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and deliver Pega solutions focused on CLM and KYC processes for financial institutions.
Lead the development and customization of Pega CLM and KYC modules to ensure compliance with industry regulations (AML, GDPR, FATCA, etc.).
Work closely with business stakeholders, business architects, and developers to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and define best practices.
Design integration solutions with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, document management, external KYC utilities).
Ensure adherence to Pega development standards, and lead code reviews to ensure the quality of solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, ensuring that technical skills and knowledge are transferred effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the system architecture supports business objectives and scalability.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to incorporate them into the system.
Required Skills And Experience
Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification is essential.
3+ years of experience working on Pega CLM and KYC frameworks in financial services.
Extensive experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), including solution architecture, development, and deployment.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes, particularly related to KYC and AML.
Proven ability to design, develop, and integrate Pega solutions with other enterprise systems.
Experience with Pega Decisioning, Pega Case Management, and Business Process Management (BPM).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Experience leading development teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
