Start Date: 1 month

Duration: 6–12 months

Location: Luxembourg (1 week each month onsite)


Job Overview

We are looking for a Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join a long-term (5-year) Digital Transformation project for a leading banking customer in Luxembourg. 

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Pega applications in line with business needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure best practices and architectural standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with other systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.


Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in Pega development.
Pega CSSA certification (CLSA is a plus).
Strong background in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, etc.).
Experience with Pega Constellation is a plus.
Deep understanding of Pega architecture and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Finance industry experience is highly desirable.
