Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).

• Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Flow).

• Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

• Build intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other third-party systems.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Provide support and training to end-users and administrators.

• Maintain documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and user guides.
