Privileged Access Management Program Manager

Our client, a well-established financial services institution, is hiring for a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the legacy PAM tools utilized across the organization and its affiliates. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with security policies, despite the current reliance on numerous manual processes. You will lead a small but essential team, ensuring that technology stack owners adhere to required protocols.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational integrity and efficiency of the legacy PAM toolset.
  • Oversee and streamline manual processes to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Conduct regular reporting and follow-ups, such as monitoring password rotations and other compliance activities.
  • Maintain communication with technology stack owners to ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Identify and implement improvements to manual processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and support to a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stay updated on best practices in PAM to ensure our processes align with industry standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing PAM tools and programs, with a deep understanding of what constitutes best practices in PAM.
  • Proven ability to handle and improve manual processes within a large organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across various levels and departments.
  • Experience in a financial services or similarly regulated environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment is preferred but remote candidates within the eastern time zone will be considered.
