Job Title: Process Architect for S/4HANA Implementation (m/f/d)
Location: Hamburg

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Process Architect to lead the planning, design, and implementation of business processes for an S/4HANA project. This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with various departments and IT teams to develop and document target processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement business processes within the S/4HANA framework.
• Analyse and optimize existing business processes.
• Develop and document target processes in partnership with departments and IT.
• Coordinate and conduct workshops for requirements gathering and process modelling.
• Work closely with project management and external consultants to ensure successful S/4HANA implementation.
• Support data migration, legacy system integration, and incorporation of new processes.
• Train and support end users on new processes and systems.
• Utilize tools such as Signavio and LeanIX for process modelling and management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in process design and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related modules and technologies.
• Experience in transformation projects and change management.
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical issues clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Experience with Signavio and LeanIX.
• Proficiency in German and good English skills.
