Project Manager

Summary Description: You are responsible for managing large projects on detailed planning, coordination and follow up of all works executed and management by internal- and /or external teams to enable roll-out in a timely manner of the network.
To ensure that the business or technical projects are delivered on -time, on-scope and on-budget through the use of the company methodology while ensuring continuous alignment between the various stakeholders (within impacted teams).--- Role Type: Contract --- Start Date: Immediate: --- Salary: Day Rate 400-440EUR per day --- Location/Language: Brussels, Belgium -  Fluent in EN. NL and FR knowledge is a plus --- Requirements Description: Create and maintain a high-level planning in line with the prioritisation, based on geographical knowledge, job types and agreed due dates.
Close follow-up of the planning and monitoring of the due dates being respected. If needed organise meetings with internal teams and contractors to ensure a good planning and alignment between all concerned parties.
Timely escalation of urgent and structural issues.
Pro-active communication to all parties in case that plan dates need to be postponed or rescheduled.
Building out a monthly capacity planning in collaboration with the Acceptance Team, public authorities, private persons,… and internal departments like Engineering and external companies as well.
Ensuring timely reporting and feedback towards all internal parties. Act as contact point for the other departments.
Coordinate and follow up on action points and budgets related to Acceptance.
To ensure that the needs of the internal clients are taken into account and that the business/technical solutions are delivered in line with the agreed requirements.
To challenge requested scope changes and this during the duration of the project.
To define in cooperation with your project team a clear and realistic project plan that meets project objectives and clearly identifies the expected results and the associated resources. To avoid problems by identifying pro-active risks/issues and initiating timely the appropriate actions.
To escalate timely project problems to line management and /or project stakeholders ensuring they can still take appropriate action within their organisation.

Technical back ground (site build) is big plus.
--- Essential Skills/Experience Description: Interested in technical and operational aspects.
Good knowledge of how to manage the workload of operational teams.
Able to report in a clear and concise fashion.
Ability to simultaneously treat several cases whilst keeping an overview and clear structure. Familiar with Office Tools : Outlook, Word, Excel, MS-Access, MS Project, Powerpoint, PBi,…fast learner internal and external applications/tools.
Customer centric, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
