Project Planner (ERP/HRIS)

ERP/HRIS Project Planning and Portfolio specialist required for a greenfield implementation. Candidate will work with internal business leads and project management functions to help make the business project deliverables leaner for a huge component manufacturer.

This person will focus on the relationship management across multiple business functions to help the project team refine, and then successfully deliver their core requirements for the business. You will plan the roadmap with the business transformation manager and CFO, to support them in making their project commitments and investment in the ERP more efficient to ensure the successful delivery of the business implementation.

 

The ERP Project Planner must have experience working on complex ERP implementations with products such as SAP, Oracle and MS Dynamics, and an ability to confidently help the business hold their third parties to account within the project deliverables they put together. This person will have used MS Project and also have integrated complex and differing business units within large scale ERP implementations.

A proven track record in project and portfolio management, and an ERP background are critical for this role and this person must have extensive planning and strategic business change experience.
