Quality Manager - 12 months contract - Hybrid - MUST BE EU BASED - Contract - ITIL (V3 or V4);
Next Ventures seeks an experienced Quality Manager for its project based in Germany.  This is a long term contract and a Hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the review and production of IT procedures, policies, and work instructions;
• Prepare multi-annual plans for reviewing and drafting IT procedures, policies, and work instructions;
• Collaborate with IT staff at all levels to document and model business processes using the clients ARIS standards;
• Proactively analysis IT work practices (technical / financial / capacity) and propose changes to improve quality and/or performance;
• Lead tasks for the inclusion IT procedures, policies, and work instructions in the clients quality management system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT or financial quality management role applying ITIL (V3 or V4);
• Certified in a minimum of two ITIL V4 management practices: Knowledge Management, Measurement and Reporting, Organisational Change Management, Service Configuration Management, Service Design
