Next-Ventures are looking for a Radio Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, optimization, and performance analysis of radio systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of radio access networks (RAN), including 4G and 5G technologies, and ensuring optimal coverage and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement radio network solutions (RAN) for various telecom projects, including 4G, LTE, and 5G systems.
• Conduct detailed site surveys to assess the suitability of locations for new base stations or upgrades
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including site designs, frequency plans, optimization reports, and project progress updates.
• Work closely with RF engineers, network planners, and system architects to design and deploy end-to-end telecom solutions

Qualifications

• Proficiency with radio planning and design tools.
• Previous experience with Ericsson equiptment
• Hands-on experience with design, testing, network optimization, and KPIs.
• English speaking
