Next-Ventures are currently a RAN Performance Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing RAN solutions to ensure seamless, high-quality connectivity across diverse environments working closely with cross-functional teams to improve network coverage, capacity, and user experience.
 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in RAN design and optimization, with a strong background in network performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Expertise in LTE, 5G, and other RAN technologies (including radio planning, cell site design, traffic management, and interference analysis).
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement tools and network optimization techniques.
• Experience in 5G RAN design and optimization.
