Next Ventures is currently looking for a Regional Coordinator / Changer Manager with Card experience for a remote based contract /
Scope:
Implementation of a new Time & Expense program, ensuring timely and successful execution. With focus on local documentation requirements, testing and quality assurance, training and communication planning and achievement of established program metrics and KPIs
The role:
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including Training and communication plans and Change management procedures
• Prepare and present regular updates to leadership on the implementation,
• Provide regular program status updates to the PMO and other stakeholders, including Program metrics and KPIs, Issues and risks and Recommendations for future improvements
• Collaborate with global, regional, and functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the program,
• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan
Skill/Exp Requirement -
• Prior experience in a project management role for a Global Corporate Card Transition, change management,
• Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale programs or projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with global, regional, and functional stakeholders
• Experience with change management and implementation of new programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
