Riggers
- Install, repair, and maintain telecommunications cables and equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures.
- Perform cable climbing and rigging tasks to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
- Conduct site surveys to assess the layout and requirements for new installations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement network expansions and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cable connections and signal transmission.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
- Operate and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Proven experience as a Telecom Rigger or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in cable climbing and working at heights.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication systems and infrastructure.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid climbing and rigging certifications preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
