S/4 HANA Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive our end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and SAP Rise implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP S/4 Hana and RISE transformations, engaging business stakeholders in process discussions using SAP Signavio, leading process transformation, and delivering data management, implementation, and successful rollout of S/4HANA solutions across all the plants of the client. This leadership role requires expertise in SAP Rise methodologies, strategic vision, and deep knowledge of SAP ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
  • End-to-End Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the S/4HANA transformation program, from planning and discovery to rollout and post-go-live support under the SAP Rise framework.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Define and manage the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for client'sbusiness leaders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Budget Management: Manage program budgets, with accountability to deliver full program within the approved budget.
  • Partner Management: Collaborate effectively with multiple partners including SI, SAP, Microsoft and other partners, building and managing integrated program plan, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones and deliverables.
Process Transformation
  • Lead Process Discussions: Facilitate workshops with business leaders and functional teams using SAP Signavio to map and analyze current processes.
  • Functional understanding: Candidate should have functional and business process understanding of one of the key business domains.
  • Design To-Be Processes: Drive the reengineering of business processes to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive process standardization: Drive process modeling to stay standard as much as possible. Effectively challenge every deviation that might occur.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to ensure organizational readiness and business adoption of the new processes.


Data Management
  • Data Strategy and Governance: Define data migration strategies, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Data Cleansing and Preparation: Oversee data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities to meet S/4HANA requirements.
  • Data Migration Execution: Lead the migration of data from legacy systems to S/4HANA, using tools like SAP Data Services and Migration Cockpit.
  • Validation and Reconciliation: Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder sign-off.
Implementation and Rollout
  • SAP RISE Setup: Setup S4 Hana environment in collaboration with SAP
  • Technical Implementation Oversight: Partner with technical teams to ensure system design, configuration, and customization align with business needs and SAP Rise guidelines.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure a high-quality solution.
  • Cut-Over & Deployments: Define Run Book for Cut-over activities and lead the deployments across various environments with SAP RISE
  • Rollout Planning: Develop and execute detailed rollout plans, including cutover activities and transition to support.
  • Global Rollouts: Manage and execute program rollouts across multiple countries and geographies, ensuring regional compliance and alignment with global standards.
  • Hypercare Support: Ensure a smooth transition to operational support teams and address stabilization issues.
Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in IT program management, with at least 5 years leading SAP S/4HANA transformations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Rise framework and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP Signavio for process design and transformation.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale data migrations and system implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering SAP projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Experience working with multiple service providers and effectively driving deliverables.
  • Demonstrated success in rolling out SAP programs across multiple countries and diverse geographies.
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
  • Expertise in SAP Rise service offerings, tools, and deployment models (e.g., private/public cloud).
  • Proficiency in process analysis and reengineering tools like SAP Signavio.
  • Knowledge of SAP Data Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and SAP BTP.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
