Next Ventures are currently searching for a Senior SAP SCM Lead for a band new S4 Hana programme with a Swiss Client. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting all phases of the project life-cycle including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of solutions as well as documentation and end-user training In our S/4HANA conversion project
• Responsible for the realization as part of our Global Project Team and playing a significant role in configuring and implementing Supply Chain & Operations processes on S/4HANA as well as surrounding cloud solutions supporting these processes
• You will customize the solutions in collaboration with the process experts from the business team and implement these using defined methodologies
• One of the key players in enhancing our processes to fulfill upcoming business requirements
• Responsible for all project timelines in your area in alignment with the overall program
• Cut-Over Plan management and execution
• Support Change Management (business process, people)

Your profile:

• Qualified professional with 5+ years of experience of functional consulting in SAP MM, PP, WM, QM with minimum of 2 full cycle end-to-end rollout experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in requirements gathering, preparation of functional specification document, supported integration and user acceptance testing
• Experience in working on larger hybrid landscapes with multiple companies and countries and understanding of end-to-end business processes on a global scale
• Being part of an S/4HANA project team would be of great advantage
• Action oriented and drives for results, deep understanding of customer expectations and end user needs; dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
• Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills, see hidden problems, look beyond the obvious
• Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
• Open minded for new technologies and innovations and ability to position and influence new ideas and initiatives
• Demonstrated experience working together in global virtual teams in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills – fluent in English spoken and written, German would be a plus
