Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in the automotive, aerospace, and aviation sectors to expand our client portfolio and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring new B2B clients through various sales channels, including conferences, thought leadership, LinkedIn, and other networking opportunities. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new clients within the automotive, aerospace, and aviation markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, within target organizations.
  • Utilize a variety of sales channels, including conferences, industry events, thought leadership initiatives, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms, to generate leads and engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to target industries and client needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis, while effectively managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • X years of experience in sales roles within the automotive, aerospace, or aviation industries, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new B2B clients.
  • Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs within the automotive, aerospace, and aviation sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage multiple sales channels, including conferences, thought leadership, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms, to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions to clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in German and English (Both Written and Speaking)
