Salesforce Comms Manager

This role is remote and we are happy to accept applications from candidates in the UK or EU.

 

 

As the Global Salesforce Communication Specialist your primary focus will be to standardize and optimize our clients omnichannel customer communication strategies and maximize the use of Journey Builder and Marketing Cloud on a global scale. You will create and foster a network of communication specialists in various countries, identifying and sharing best practices to ensure dynamic, personalized and effective communication with their customers worldwide.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

 

1. Global omnichannel Customer Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a global digital communication strategy using SalesForce, Journey Builder, and Marketing Cloud to align with our marketing objectives and business goals in alignment with non-digital communications.

 

2. Journey Builder Expertise: Utilize Journey Builder to create standardized customer journeys that deliver a consistent and personalized experience to customers across different countries.

 

3. Marketing Cloud Mastery: Leverage Marketing Cloud to execute global multi-channel customer communication campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and social media.

 

4. Global Best Practice Identification: Collaborate with communication specialists in different countries to identify and document best practices in digital communication. Ongoing identification of and implementation of external best practice.

 

5. Community Building: Create and manage a global community of communication specialists, facilitating knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and standardization of communication efforts.

 

6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis to evaluate the performance of global digital communication campaigns and recommend improvements, including A/B tests.

 

7. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all global digital communication efforts adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

 

8. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that communication specialists in different countries are well-versed in best practices and technology.

 

9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of global communication strategies, campaign execution, and results. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and best practice adoption.

 

 

 

 

 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in SalesForce, Journey Builder, and Marketing Cloud are a plus.

 

- Proven experience in global digital communication strategy and implementation

 

- Expertise in SalesForce, Journey Builder, and Marketing Cloud.

 

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

 

- Exceptional communication and writing skills.

 

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email marketing platforms.

 

- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability factors.

 

- Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and tools.

 

- Ability to collaborate with global teams and diverse cultures.

 

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

 

Location:

 

You will spend some time working remotely from home and some time in a local office, either in Paris (France), Barcelona (Spain) or Egham (UK). We will consider applications from people based elsewhere in Europe who are willing to travel to those locations as required. You may also need to travel to the UK and other offices in Europe stays may be necessary.
