Salesforce Sales Manager

Job Title: Salesforce Account Executive/ Sales Manager/Director.

Job Description:
Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Sales Development Representative with 8+ years of experience in software company sales and business development. Experience in Salesforce Sales Development is essential, along with a strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is preferably based in Texas and has a proven track record in building and managing a robust sales pipeline. Experience in Java Full Stack, React, Angular, and Node.js technologies is an added advantage. This is a target-based role focused on acquiring new clients and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify New Opportunities:
  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities in the software industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
2. Develop Strategic Sales Plans:
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
3. Build and Manage Sales Pipeline:
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of software projects mainly based on Salesforce and Java Full Stack, React, Angular, and Node.js technologies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
4. Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
6. Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
7. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in sales strategies.

8. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
9. Networking and Events:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Build a network of contacts to facilitate business growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in software company sales and business development.
Location: Anywhere in USA.
Salesforce Sales Rep: Must be from Salesforce Ecosystem with proven sales Experience in Salesforce Ecosystem.
Track Record: Proven record of building and managing a client base in previous roles.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve sales targets consistently.
