A global leader in sustainable building and industrial solutions is enhancing its ServiceNow ecosystem as part of a broader digital transformation initiative. To strengthen Asset Management capabilities, the organization is seeking an experienced consultant to support the Product Owner (PO) in driving key functional and operational improvements within the platform.
Project Objectives & Scope:
The consultant will focus on optimizing Asset Management processes across Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) within ServiceNow:
Hardware Asset Management (HAM):
Assist in modeling and maintaining the full hardware lifecycle
Optimize stock management
Ensure seamless integration with ITSM processes
Software Asset Management (SAM):
Support software asset modeling and lifecycle oversight
Assist with license compliance and usage optimization
Integrate with software inventory and entitlement sources
Profile Requirements:
Proven expertise in ServiceNow with emphasis on HAM and SAM modules
Solid understanding of Asset Management principles and ITIL best practices
Comfortable working with and enhancing data in CMDB
Familiarity with API integrations for automated data flows
