Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a SAP ATTP Consultant for a client in Denmark. 

12 months contract
Remote

Some on site (fully paid expenses) client visits may be required.

The role
The SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) Specialist is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the SAP ATTP module. This role ensures compliance with global serialization and traceability regulations for pharmaceutical products, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring data integrity and security.
Functional SAP ATTP expert who must be able to test the current setup 100% independently and ensure that everything works within that module once go live is reached.
S4 HANA Go-live in planned in June 2025.
The SAP ATTP expert should possess strong technical expertise and a high level of responsibility. They must quickly acclimate to the client’s environment and assume responsibility for globally testing our solution.
The test takes place in different environments at first, but in the end, the sign off must be in SAP production before it is released to the whole world. This is with live data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation and Configuration:
    • Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP ATTP module to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
    • Customize SAP ATTP solutions based on business needs and integration with existing SAP systems.
    • Develop and document functional specifications, configuration documents, and other relevant technical documentation.
  2. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
    • Ensure that all processes comply with global serialization and traceability regulations for pharmaceuticals, including DSCSA, EU FMD, and other regional requirements.
    • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the SAP ATTP system is updated accordingly.
  3. System Integration and Management:
    • Integrate SAP ATTP with other SAP modules SD ,MM, EWM (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems (e.g., Level 3/4 solutions, Warehouse Management Systems).
    • Manage data exchange between SAP ATTP and external stakeholders, including CMOs, 3PLs, and regulatory bodies.
  4. Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP ATTP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    • Coordinate with IT and business teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
  5. User Training and Documentation:
    • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders on SAP ATTP functionalities and best practices.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system configuration guides.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor the performance of the SAP ATTP system and identify areas for optimization.
    • Implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality.
  7. Project Management:
    • Lead and participate in SAP ATTP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with a focus on SAP ATTP.
    • Proven track record of managing serialization and traceability projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP ATTP module configuration and implementation.
    • Strong understanding of global serialization regulations and requirements.
    • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and integration with third-party systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Project management skills and experience leading SAP-related projects.
