SAP Business Process Consultant
For our rapidly growing team we are looking for SAP Consultants (m/f/d) in the field of Process Digitalization throughout Germany. Are you interested in digitalization and processes and want to grow, develop and take on responsibility? Then you've come to the right place!
My Client has been growing steadily since 2014. As a small boutique consultancy, we support internationally operating clients in the DACH region in transforming their processes in order to master the challenges of tomorrow. Starting with classic topics of corporate management and performance optimization up to SAP S/4 HANA transformations. In addition to our core competence in finance and controlling, we have profound know-how in the areas of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Digitalization, Supply Chain and Project Management.

YOUR TASKS
- As a Consultant, you will support renowned large corporations in finding solutions for all aspects of process digitization.
- As processes are found in all areas of the company, a varied job is guaranteed, with insights into a wide range of activities and tasks.
- The project focus is primarily on the digitization of outdated, often form-based processes, as well as supporting the users of these processes.
- In this context, you will form the interface between the specialist department and IT.
- From day 1, you will be integrated into projects at our customers' sites, will quickly be given responsibility for your own task packages and thus contribute to the success of the project.
- You will be part of our professional, highly motivated and collegial team of consultants and contribute to the design and implementation of sustainable solutions for our customers.

YOUR SKILLS
- You have successfully completed your university studies, preferably in economics, information technology or engineering.
- Ideally, you already have practical experience in a management consultancy or a similarly relevant activity (ideally in the area of application support).
- Basic knowledge of web applications and Javascript is an advantage, or the willingness to learn these in the shortest possible time through internal training.
- Knowledge of other programming languages is an advantage.
- Your strengths include analytical skills, a quick grasp, a high degree of independence and initiative as well as a structured approach.
- Confident knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as very good written and spoken German and English are a must.
- You are also flexible, resilient, inventive, a team player, have a confident manner and a sense of humor.
