SAP Settlement Management / SAP CCM Specialist for a new CCM project.

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a SAP CCM SME for a new SAP CCM POC & Implementation project.

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlement Management and SAP CCM Specialist to join our clients dynamic SAP team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in settlement management processes and profound expertise in SAP Contract and Claim Management (CCM) module. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline settlement processes and optimize SAP CCM functionalities.

This is initially a Proof of Concept (POC) for the new SAP CCM Implementation replacing the clients current process.

Start date 1/4/2024 or 1/5/2025
Location Malmo (hybrid working arrangement). Onsite visits for work shop and essential meetings.
EU/ UK applicants only or Valid Swedish work permit holders
English speaking project.

The primary objective of this Proof of Concept (POC) is to demonstrate the feasibility and potential benefits of implementing SAP Contract and Claim Management (CCM) within our clients organization. Through this POC, we aim to assess the capabilities of SAP CCM in streamlining contract and claim management processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall business operations.

Scope: The scope of this POC will include the following key areas:

Contract Management:
Creation, editing, and management of contracts within SAP CCM.
Contract versioning and tracking of changes.
Integration of contract data with other relevant systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Claim Management:
Recording and tracking of customer claims or disputes.
Automated workflows for claim resolution and approval.
Integration of claim data with contract information for comprehensive analysis.
 Reporting and Analytics:
Generation of standard and customized reports on contract performance, claim status, and related metrics.
Utilization of SAP analytics tools to gain insights into contract and claim data.

User Experience:
Evaluation of the user interface and usability of SAP CCM for different user roles.
Assessment of training needs and user support requirements.

Approach:
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements for contract and claim management processes. Document existing pain points, desired functionalities, and success criteria for the POC.
System Configuration: Configure SAP CCM to align with the identified requirements and business processes. Customize the system as necessary to meet specific organizational needs.
Data Migration: Migrate sample contract and claim data from existing systems or sources into SAP CCM for testing purposes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing of SAP CCM functionalities, including contract creation, claim processing, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities. Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to validate system performance against requirements.
Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users to familiarize them with SAP CCM features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and assistance to users during the POC period.
Evaluation: Evaluate the results of the POC based on predefined success criteria, including improvements in process efficiency, user satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. Identify any areas for further enhancement or refinement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end settlement processes, including but not limited to invoicing, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and payment processing.
Configure and customize SAP CCM module to align with business requirements and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CCM solutions.
Design, develop, and implement SAP CCM enhancements and updates.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CCM module-related issues.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize utilization of SAP CCM functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest SAP CCM developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for SAP CCM-related projects, as necessary.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements for contract and claim management processes.
Configure, customize, and maintain the SAP CCM module to align with business needs and industry best practices.
Lead SAP CCM implementation projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CCM issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize utilization of SAP CCM functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CCM with other enterprise systems and processes.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within SAP CCM.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and data security standards in SAP CCM implementations.
Act as a subject matter expert on SAP CCM, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP CCM (SAP Settlement Management) , including configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of contract management, claims processing, and related business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP CCM configuration tools and techniques.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
