SAP CI Specialist with Coupa Expertise

Position: SAP CI Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid (as per client requirement)
Duration: Contract 12 months 

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a highly skilled SAP CI (Cloud Integration) Specialist with expertise in Coupa integration and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration, API development, and end-to-end flow configurations. The role requires experience in working with procurement systems and a strong understanding of Coupa integration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Cloud Integration Development:
2. Design, develop, and implement SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) flows to enable seamless data exchange between SAP and Coupa.
3. Ensure robust and scalable integration solutions by leveraging best practices.
4. Work with APIs, connectors, and web services to integrate Coupa with SAP.

5. Integration Technology Expertise:
6. Develop and manage integration flows using REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, and IDocs.
7. Configure, test, and deploy APIs to support business requirements.
8. Ensure compatibility and optimization of integration processes across systems.

9. Coupa Expertise:
10. Implement Coupa integration processes, including purchase requisition, purchase order, and invoice processing.
11. Collaborate with procurement teams to align Coupa configurations with business needs.
12. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Coupa integration with SAP systems.

13. Technical Support & Collaboration:
14. Provide technical expertise and support during design, testing, and go-live phases.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and procurement specialists, to ensure smooth integration.
16. Support ongoing monitoring and maintenance of integration flows post-implementation.

17. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
18. Create detailed technical documentation for all integration processes and flows.
19. Share knowledge with team members to enhance overall project success.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• SAP Cloud Integration (CPI): Strong hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Integration and developing end-to-end flows.
• Integration Protocols: Proficiency in REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, and IDocs.
• APIs: Deep knowledge of API design, development, and management.

Coupa Expertise:

• Experience in Coupa procurement processes and its integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Coupa Certification or extensive hands-on Coupa project experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in SAP integration, with at least 2+ years focusing on SAP CPI and Coupa integration.
