Your Role: As an Inhouse Consultant SAP CO, you will be at the forefront of managing and implementing SAP CO projects within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee SAP CO projects, with a particular focus on our upcoming S/4HANA initiative.
- Process Optimization: Utilize your technical expertise to design, optimize, and innovate business processes within SAP.
- User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for departmental users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP IT systems, ensuring efficient representation of processes and procedures.
Your Profile: We’re looking for someone with a strong background in SAP CO, coupled with a proactive and collaborative approach. Ideally, your profile includes:
- Experience: Several years of project and professional experience in SAP CO. Knowledge of ABAP or debugging is a plus, but not essential.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage IT projects through all phases, with a knack for capturing and translating departmental needs into actionable processes.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills, confidence, persistence, and the ability to motivate others.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of SAP application and customizing within the relevant module.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German, with good English proficiency.
- Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, independent, and highly organized, with a strong sense of responsibility.
