SAP ePPDS Consultant

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP e-PPDS consultant.

Preferred Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Remote is allowed)  
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension based on performance)

Role: ePPDS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workshops: Conduct workshops with customers to demonstrate the capabilities of ePPDS.
  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into a technical solution design.
  • System Configuration & Master Data Setup: Configure the ePPDS system and set up master data.
  • User Training & Testing: Deliver training for end-users and perform testing on all ePPDS processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of communication with the customer and other project stakeholders.

Location & Work Environment:

Hybrid , client may request on site visits -therefore consultants should be EU or UK passport holders of hold relevant work permit enabling them to work in Sweden 

Languages:

  • English: Proficiency in English required.
  • Swedish: Proficiency in Swedish would be advantageous 

Contract Extension:

  • The contract is initially for 1 year with the possibility of extension based on the consultant’s performance and project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Essential Skills:

    • 3+ years of experience in SAP Planning and Scheduling (ePPDS).
    • Experience in the SAP Production Planning module.
    • Familiarity with setting up and configuring S4HANA and the ePPDS interface.
    • Proficiency in ePPDS master data setup.
    • Knowledge of detailed scheduling and sequencing in SAP.
    • Experience in production planning using ePPDS.
    • Experience with Heuristics application.
    • Understanding of Safety stock planning and Pegging.
    • Integration experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning).

  • Nice to Have:

    • Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting workshops and engaging with customers and stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to handle system configuration, data setup, and end-user training.

Working Period:

  • Immediate start.

This is a long-term role, and the consultant is expected to play a pivotal part in implementing ePPDS capabilities for the client.
