SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Specialist

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Specialist with deep expertise in Finland Payroll and a strong track record of migrating payroll from SAP ECC to SAP Employee Central Payroll. The consultant will lead and support the end-to-end payroll migration and ensure compliance with Finnish payroll regulations while maintaining system accuracy and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Payroll from SAP ECC to SAP Employee Central Payroll for Finland
• Configure and maintain Finland Payroll in SAP ECP in compliance with local legislation
• Design, build, and optimize payroll schemas, rules, and calculation logic
• Support integration between Employee Central and ECP, including payroll data flows
• Manage and support CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for payroll-related integrations
• Perform payroll testing, validation, parallel runs, and defect resolution
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure business alignment
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-migration support

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in implementation or support roles
• Proven expertise in Finland Payroll configuration and statutory compliance
• Demonstrated experience in migrating payroll from SAP ECC to SAP Employee Central Payroll
• Experience delivering payroll solutions in Finnish implementations

Technical Skills
 

• Strong knowledge of SAP ECP schemas, rules, and payroll processing frameworks
• Experience integrating Employee Central with ECP
• Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for payroll integrations
• Solid understanding of payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel run execution

Additional Notes
 

• Finnish language is not required, but experience with Finnish payroll implementations is essential
• Ability to work remotely in a cross-functional, international project environment
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
