SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) – Full-Time | Manufacturing Sector | On-Site in the Löhne Region

Are you passionate about SAP Finance and Controlling, and looking for a long-term role where you can make a real impact from within? A highly respected, German-made manufacturer with a strong global presence and over 1,400 employees is looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their in-house team.

This is a full-time, in-house position based in the Löhne region, where you’ll play a key role in the company’s S/4HANA journey and digital transformation.

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the SAP FI/CO module, with a primary focus on Controlling (CO)

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of S/4HANA Finance solutions

• Collaborate closely with departments to analyze, streamline, and enhance finance-related business processes

• Translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver clear functional specifications

• Assist with integration of new SAP features and third-party systems

• Conduct internal user training and provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO matters

👤 Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, ideally within an in-house SAP team

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance functionalities and best practices

• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills in both German and English

• On-site presence in the Löhne region required (commutable from Herford, Bad Oeynhausen, Bünde, etc.)
