Position: SAP FI/CO Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Team Leader to take on a pivotal role within our dynamic IT department. You will lead a specialized team of four, ensuring the effective implementation and management of group-wide IT applications through SAP modules, with a focus on both current systems and the future transition to S/4HANA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive IT strategy, optimize processes, and collaborate on international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Provide both disciplinary and professional leadership to a team of four IT specialists.
• Application Management: Oversee and ensure the functionality of SAP ECC FI, CO, TR, and HR modules within a customized SAP environment, with future plans to transition to S/4HANA.
• Project Management: Develop and implement holistic IT concepts, managing projects from inception to completion within the constraints of time, quality, and budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage IT requirements through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the organization and act as the primary contact for IT-related matters in various departments.
• Customization and Development: Lead the customization and further development of complex SAP applications, utilizing self-developed plans to meet organizational needs.
• Process Optimization: Standardize ERP applications across core processes and continuously optimize IT processes and performance.
• Training and Support: Provide SAP user training and ongoing support to departmental specialists.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, software companies, and consultants to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in IT, particularly in finance and project management within an industrial setting.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA.
• Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain and related processes.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of both German and English.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to varying project requirements.
• Intercultural Competence: An intercultural team player with a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
